By accessing or using the Altamont IQ platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your relationship with Altamont IQ and outline the legal framework for our enterprise intelligence services.
By creating an account or connecting an ERP system to Altamont IQ, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind your organization to these terms.
Altamont IQ is provided for business intelligence purposes. You agree not to use the platform for any illegal activities, or to attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary RAG ingestion engines.
You retain all rights to your historical data. Altamont IQ retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform’s software, algorithms, and interface design.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altamont IQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our AI-generated insights.
You may cancel your service at any time. Upon termination, Altamont IQ will provide a 30-day window for data retrieval before your isolated vector index is securely purged from our systems.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
